The tenants in this rental property has been leaving their trash cans out. This is the third occurrence of them leaving the cans out for more than a week. In December, they left the cans out for six weeks. The trash gets picked up on Wednesdays, the recycling every other week. By Monday their trash is always full and they leave the extra trash bags on the side of the garbage cans at the curb. With the warm weather here, the local critters (raccoons, squirrels, birds, etc) have been picking through their trash and it gets everywhere including my lawn. The attached picture is taken Saturday 6/4/22. The garbage was picked up on Thursday due to the Memorial holiday.

Is it possible to send a notice to the landlord (a Hamden Resident), additional is it possible to order additional trash cans. The home seems to produce more than the one trash can can hold, every week.
