Description

Overflowing Trash and Recycling cans left at curb 24 hiurs a day 7 days a week . This has been an issue for over a year and nothing is done. Homeowner refuses to comply with Town regulations.
o Refuse must be put into the town supplied green trash totes, preferably in plastic trash bags, no trash can be left outside the container, it cannot be overfilled and cannot weigh over 100 pounds when full.
o Refuse must be at curb by 6 a.m. of pickup day. Do not place refuse at the curb more than 24 hours prior to collection. Remove empty trash barrels within 24 hours after collection.

It is not fair to the residents of this neighborhood ..this attracts wildlife and is a major eyesore. When will the town do something?
