Thank you for reporting the site to the Town. We will be dispatching our inspector to the site to evaluate the sidewalk. Please allow us up to two weeks to conduct the inspection.
We will look at the revised address (#46). Thank you for the correction.
I'm the person (Tommy) who posted a few comments on the original report of this issue (https://seeclickfix.com/issues/4812451) giving you advice about how important it is to ensure the correct address is reported. I swear on my life, I want to help you with getting this resolved.
I've worked with several different online ticketing platforms and I know from experience, if there are any errors in reporting the location or any other information, it gives the plausibility of any employee the right to say, "The information in the ticket was wrong, so I don't have to do anything."
Please trust my advice when I tell you, "Create another ticket with ZERO errors." Otherwise, our great town employees will always have the right to do NOTHING to resolve this issue.
This is indicative of any organization that has to go through hundreds of tickets every week. The tickets with the errors will always be the last ones to be taken care of.
