Front neighbor keeps parking car on opposite side of road facing against traffic and sometimes parks on side walk this mad lady been making noise and driving a car that might be unregistered because she keeps switching plates her movements are questionable and it's horrible how she treats her kids and drives them around in this questionable vehicle while drinking and bottles in cars and horrible marijuana smell coming from her location
